ReportIllegals.com does not retain your credit card number nor your IP (Internet Protocol) address.

Information We Collect

Personal data includes information that can identify you as a specific individual such as your name or e-mail address. Other data means additional information such as illegal alien and/or illegal employer data provided by you through the use of this service.

Protecting Your Data

The personal data you provide is securely retained in case you have an inquiry as to the status of the order. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent except information required to complete payment will be disclosed only to the third party firm performing the transaction.

Other data will be disclosed only to the appropriate government agency or agencies and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent.

Anonymity

You must choose whether to be anonymous or to disclose your identity to the agencies. In the vast majority of reports investigating agents do not ask for additional information but sometimes investigating agents ask for additional information from the reporting party. By providing your Reporting Party Name and Telephone on Form2 page you may be helping the investigation proceed in the case where an agent needs additional information such as current address or whether the illegal alien might have weapons.

Some further information follows:

The credit card processor requires only your credit card number and expiration date. Address and zip code are optional but may be required for some credit cards. PayPal requires your PayPal username and password. Payments by mail require only your identifier which is either your email address or your assigned eight digit number.
It is standard procedure that agencies will not disclose the sources of their intelligence.
If you choose not to reveal your Reporting Party Name and Telephone the only information the agency would know as to the source of the report is that the report came from ReportIllegals.com.
If you divulge your identity in Reporting Party Name or Telephone in Form2 page theoretically there are two remote chances of your identity being revealed;

If the subject were involved in a EOIR (Immigration Court) hearing it is possible the data submitted to the agency could be subpeoned by a defense attorney during the discovery process.
In the case of a terrorist allegation the government could subpoena any information from ReportIllegals.com in some cases such as a national security threat. See "Determining Illegal Activity" on the FAQ page for the question on terrorist allegations.

Since the inception of ReportIllegals.com in 2003 there have been no cases reported to ReportIllegals.com where Reporting Party Name or Telephone was revealed outside of an agency. ReportIllegals.com pledges to aggressively resist any government action should it ever be necessary. In the opinion of ReportIllegals.com reporting parties generally have an unrealistic and excessive fear of retaliation.

Cookies

Cookies are small information files stored by your browser on your hard drive. ReportIllegals.com does not create cookies. Cookies need not be enabled to use this site.

Terms

Cancellation and refund

Cancellation of an order is possible 24 hours after submission or anytime before the order has been processed whichever is longest. Merely email a Cancellation Request to and the order will not be processed. No report will be sent to any agency and a cancellation request will be emailed to the reporting party.

A refund will be provided if requested with the Cancellation Request. Many reporting parties realize that pro-enforcement advocates are out spend by pro-illegal immigration factions about 300 to 1 according to NumbersUSA.com so foregoing a refund request is appreciated by ReportIllegals.com.

A cancellation request 24 hours after submission or after the report has been sent to any agency will result in a cancellation notice being sent to the agency or agencies that received the report and to the reporting party. No refund is possible in this case.

Responsibility of ReportIllegals.com

ReportIllegals.com guarantees distribution of the report to at least Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). ReportIllegals.com at its discretion may submit the report to other agencies if apropriate but that additional service is not guaranteed.

ReportIllegals.com warns all reporting parties that immigration enforcement in US is inadequate and that ReportIllegals.com has no authority to enforce the law nor cause an investigation.

Agencies typically do not provide status reports so none can be emailed to the reporting party. If a status report or request for information from an agency is received ReportIllegals.com will email the information to the reporting party but will never disclose the identity of the reporting party to the agency if the reporting party choose to remain anonymous in the Reporting Party Contact Information section of the form.

Responsibility of the Reporting Party

The reporting party is expected to retain and use the same identifier which is an email address.

Any unintended consequence to the Reporting Party due to the release of information such as identifier or of information contained within the report by the Reporting Party belongs solely to the Reporting Party.
