Please provide as much accurate, verifiable, and detailed information as you reasonably can. If we suspect that a report contains false or misleading information, the report request will not be processed and payment will be refunded.

How to File a Report

General Process

The Form page must be completed to report an illegal alien and/or an illegal employer. Additional addresses and names can be entered into the comments sections on one order. After submission ReportIllegals.com will analyze the data and create one or more reports that will be faxed, emailed, or mailed to one or more agencies.

To file a report:

Complete the Comments and Identity Levels page for comments to ReportIllegals.com and identity levels for your report,
Complete payment.

Completion of the online forms and online payment is the preferred and fastest method. Optionally, cash, check or money order payment can be made via mail. At this time if both data and payment are made via mail the order will be processed but processing time will be substantially longer. If data is mailed instead of submitted online please provide legible data.

In the vast majority of reports filed investigating agents do not ask for additional information but investigating agents some times ask for additional information from the reporting party such as current addresses or whether the subject alien might have weapons. You must choose whether to be Anonymous or to reveal your identity.

You choose whether or not to provide your email address so ReportIllegals.com can email the completed report to you. This information is for use only by ReportIllegals.com and your email address will not be revealed in the report(s). Most persons want a copy of the completed report(s) which will require an email address. However, some persons do not want to divulge their email address. Either your Email Address or the Assigned Identifier will become your identifier to locate your report.

Processing of a completed form below is only $10.

You may use this convenient service or you are encouraged to use publicly available channels.

Submissions without payment will NOT be processed.

You have three payment methods:

Completion of the report will be done upon receipt of payment and will take longer than online orders.

Payment by mail requires your identifier be submitted with payment.

Letters and envelopes requiring a signature (Certified Mail, Signature Confirmation, Return Receipt) are not recommended as they will significantly slow processing.

Suspected Illegal Alien's Comments

Especially important are proper full name, date of birth, order of deportation, and criminal history. Enter other information such as gender (male or female), and nationality. Describe immigration law violations such as unauthorized entry or visa violations. See Law (opens in another window) for possible violations. If known, enter criminal history such as order of deportation and previous arrests. Especially important to law enforcement officials are resident alien numbers, passport numbers, visa type, and specific information regarding official documents.

Include information on other suspected unlawful activity such as using or producing counterfeit documents, fraudulent social security numbers, tax avoidance, human smuggling/trafficking, drug importation or dealing, marriage fraud, bigamy, or welfare fraud. Do not make general allegations without supporting data.
